The future of data: live, in-depth and on-demand

With microphone on: conversion from stream to cart - 8%.

With only text messages: conversion from stream to cart - 36%.


2. Clients don't want to look at the shop assistant's face! Even if the shop assistant is very handsome (in our estimation), that doesn't make clients buying products better. 93% of sales were made in streams where the streamer did not show his face.


3. Especially in fashion, сustomers love it when the streamer shows the product on herself and it doesn't matter if it's a bag or shoes. In such cases, conversion from stream to product sold reaches 30% in fashion.


4. Do not overload the client with information. If the streamer offers more than 3 complimentary products, the stream ends with a purchase in 0% of cases.
